Default Any way of opening seat tracks?

I have glass pieces from a busted windshield and door window wedged in my power seat tracks. Terrible grinding noise. Is there any way to open up the tracks and clean them out?

Did you look for screws on the tracks or near them? You might be able to unscrew the chairs and clean the the track.

I was able to lift off the bottom seat cushion, but still can't get into the track. The threaded rod that moves the seat back and forth in the track is the major problem, but I can't see how to get into it.
