Name ONE company, or ONE vehicle.. that has aftermarket headlamps available that are better than stock.
-- crickets --
When you ask the Integra folks, they dont go out and BUY aftermarket headlamps.. they retrofit true-HID projectors into their OEM halogen projectors. When you talk to Civic owners, they retrofit Lexus IS or NISSAN Maxima HID reflectors into their halogen reflector headlamps.
Examples? : http://faq.auto.light.tripod.com/car...projectors.htm
Very FEW companies attempt to do this, as I've already stated.. because of the strict legalities in selling DOT-compliant lighting components. When you take into account the high-cost of injection molding with quality plastic/molds, you start to realize how expensive this industry really is. The ONLY company who has even come close to offering such a product, is Sylvania and their XenArc line.. and that line is completely limited to maybe 4 headlamps.
This is why we wont be seeing any QUALITY headlamps for the 350Z anytime soon, and this is why the batmobile was and always has been BLACK.

I'm still waiting for a company to come out with black-housing headlights. Until you offer yours for sale, there arent black housing headlights for the 350Z on the market yet.
Mike, no offence dude but you seriously need to stop shoving these down peoples throats. I'll be the first to admit they look incredible and astonishing, but my god $800 for two strips of LEDs and a smoked housing, and I have to be without lights a few weeks? No thanks. To many people, including me, the Z is their daily driver and they can't afford to be without it for a few weeks. You do go alterations but don't offer the headlight as a product.
I am not crazy about the clear corner side markers. The reflector is a curved piece and the leds seems to be in a rigid straight line. It just doesn't look quite right. It also seems to conflict with the overall curviness of the Z.
I like the 3 dot or curved line types better.
ClearCorner guys, have you considered curving the line of leds?

think about how big the market is for black housing headlights for the Z
ok..dont think...but its small...out of X amount of ppl that are even considering it now only a fraction would even buy the headlights if they ever came out
and the X will be smaller if the headlights were expensive (which they will be)
so therefore noone is going to spend $$ on developing these....if you ever see them it will be a custom job

im sorry, but you didnt come out with anything. You modify lights. Your company makes a very nice finished product but you dont actually offer any products for sale, you more of offer a service. I for one am not interested in your services because i dont have weeks to spare without lights. If you had come out with something, i'd be able to order it.

STi has them for the GC chassis Subaru as well (made by Phillips); Ralirt has a similar item for the Evo's (also Phillips IIRC)

yes they are, Id bet IPT could put them together, but damn thatd have to be CRAZY expensive. and the reflective surfaces for parking lights, and turn signals would be lost. not too great, but great looking anyway. itd be thousands I bet tho.
as cool as it is, Id never pay that much, the stock housing are insane at 300 a peice, imagine it when they arent making 30,000 a year.
