Is mirror tint really considered that ricer or tacky?

I think the tint you're looking for is called "Silver Tint". It's more silver than anything. I had it on one of my cars before. I don't think it looks "ricey" at all. You could ask the shop if they could put up a pre-cut piece to your window and see how it looks before they actually put it on.

I think you should go for it...as far as the taillights, why not go w/ the jdm tails??

This car pulls them off perfectly (i'm normally NOT a fan of them)...but w/ that color + that window/silver tint, it could really tie things together. Just a thought

That Z is so raw. I'm just not looking to drop more money into appearance than I have to right now, because boost is my next priority when I get the car back. How much do they go for used?

The light silver tint is nice, but mirror is really south of the border.

Nevermind I got it as best I could. I like it and if it looks similar to this, I will be the only Z rocking it. I've never been one to care what people think about my cars in person because I tend to mod tastefully.

Damn, I should have put up a poll.... I am actually taking into consideration everything you guys are saying. I really like the photochop I did, but there is not guarantee it will look like that.
I think I need to go to the shop and have them do a 12" x 12" square and see how it looks. This place does mobile work, so maybe they can go to my body shop? I stopped by the body shop after work tonight to have a look and they had not started yet.
I have to make a decision on a hood tomorrow as well. Either I drive to Queens, NY to get a mint OEM for $150, to North Jersey to get a mint OEM for $300, or buy a used a carbon fiber VIS Fusion from a member halfway across the country (which will be painted except for the vents) for $475...
Decisions, decisions...
