Quick question: Should I get the B- Pillars painted? Or should I go Carbon Fiber and get a carbon fiber roof antenna? Would it be too much with the painted doorhandles?

I would just get the Nismo CF B-pillars and skip the roof antenna.

Get the pillars painted for now since it would be hard as **** to color match them later if you thought the CF was too much if you went that route. You can always change that later.

The car looks like its coming along nicely though. The color you said you liked the best in the vid was the one I would have chose as well.

Omfg I just peeked at the car through the shop window and the inner jambs and taillight areas are painted. The color looks toooo sexy! And this was in a dark garage. Can't wait to see it in the sun. It's real subtle, but the violet POPS on the contours. He did my rear camber arms as well. Snapped a pic I'll upload when I get home.

I'm on the fence about the b pillars. Like someone said, they can be covered later. I just think the black is off putting. I think CF mirror sail panels, B-pillars, mini roof antenna, and 3M wrapped rear strut bar panel would do the trick.

 

LOL I was just reading up on the 3M wrap, and thinking of doing my rear strut bar, instead of painting it.........

Very interested in seeing how the paint and everything turns out!

 

Keep in mind, these were taken through a dirty bodyshop window... The car was brought out of the spray booth to be reassembled. I want my car back so bad I can taste it!

I decided to have him paint the B-Pillars because they can be covered or repainted black later. Not sure if I should have him do the sail panels behind the mirrors as well? Opinions?

you could also just do the bottom part of the bumper and not go in the mouth of it...that would look good..just saying maybe a little biased...
