Default After market bumpers

I had a replica V2 on my car. I purchased it from a member here, it was FRP with carbon lip and canards. Fitment was awesome, it was a nice bumper. Long story short, someone decided to back over my front end and I need a replacement...

1. Shine-Doesn't answer phones or PM's
2. VIS makes some nice bumpers like the all carbon v2 replica, but they said NONE of their bumpers come predrilled when I spoke to them over the phone today. They said because people get into wrecks the holes wouldn't always line up so they leave em all undrilled (is what the told me, can you guys confirm this because I heard from other members say theirs were predrilled?)
3. Auto Infantry is banned on here and from the horror stories I wouldn't give them my business anyways.

What other companies are there that make a nice quality bumper with carbon fiber lips? Let me know, I am overwhelmed at this point because I can not find anything!

I'd prefer something polyurethane with carbon lip, but overall I just want a quality bumper with with some carbon fiber accents that won't crack the first time I bottom out. What are my options?
Thanks guys

How are we supposed to know what you will like? If you want urethane, look at manufacturers who make urethane bumpers. Urethane is heavy BTW. I just picked up an INGS+1 and I was shocked at how much it weighs compared to my JP Vizage Type A.

I really want something thats nice quality and excellent fitment with a carbon fiber lip. I have a V2 replica that was really nice, Calin bought one as well, but the manufacturer is unknown! I know you're not going to know exactly what I like, but I am having a hard time finding any bumpers (even replicas-such as a V2 replica) that are predrilled, and have a carbon fiber lip. Every one I have found was either not predrilled, or didn't have a carbon fiber lip. I suggested urethane because I know they aren't prone to cracking in case I ever bottom out.

Strafe sells all the same product that AI sold... fyi, they have no relation to each other. I heard they are good stuff and loyal venders.

They sell the same products because they just drop ship from VIS Racing. When they get an order, they take your money, call VIS, pay VIS, and VIS ships it to you from their warehouse and the vendor profits on the markup price. Just skip the middleman and order straight from VIS. Don't worry Redline, the bumpers do come predrilled like I told you in PM.

Thanks for the responses guys, and Hexxus, your the man!!! I appreciate it. I'm waiting on a response from VIS right now. I don't know why they told me its not predrilled, and I'm hoping they made a mistake in telling me that because there's a all carbon V2 replica that I like, and the AMS SL2 with carbon lip that I love! Oh and hexxus, I was quoted $680 plus shipping for the SL2 with carbon fiber lip, so its not as bad as I expected it to be! I will keep you guys posted!

Hexx, i dont believe that's true. Im pretty confident that AI and old M1/DTM molded their own parts via a third party manufacturer (possibly the same that VIS uses for production of their pieces). They partnered with VIS on freight shipping because of the extremely low rate that VIS gets, hence why pieces show up in VIS boxes.

Also, AI and M1 sold pieces that VIS doesnt and never has carried/made.

Dude, thats awesome man, I really appreciate you posting that. I'm glad I was able to help out with your decision! Post some pics of your car, I'd like to check it out!

And thanks for posting that link, I WISH they had something with a carbon lip, I really want the V2 style bumper again, it is such an awesome bumper! I just can't find any company that sells one with a carbon fiber lip/canards besides VIS and Shine. VIS never got back to me to confirm whether it was really predrilled or not, and Shine.....well I don't even know if they are in business anymore (since every number seems to be disconnected and they never answer emails/pms). If anyone knows of a place that sells nice V2 replicas that are PREDRILLED with carbon lip and canards please let me know. Until then I'm kind of at a dead end My car is going to sit until I find that bumper, or another one thats comparable....But it MUST have partial carbon fiber on it in order for it to flow with my new carbon hood and fenders(that I'm going to paint and leave accents unpainted)

I know at one time they did, when M1 Autosports was with them because I got one of their in-house replicas and it was a really crummy fiberglass with gray primer and the fitment was terrible. Every body part I've gotten from them since has been a VIS product. When I ordered they even told me it would take them a day or so to call VIS, make the payment, and have it drop shipped. VIS makes a lot more parts than just what vendors sell and what's on their website. That's why you have to call and ask.

I got my AMS SL2 rear bumper (Amuse Superleggara/Nismo V3-ish replica) for $260. I used eBay to get a best offer price from the vendors there, then took that price to all the vendors here. Not one of them said they could sell it to me for $260 + shipping. The lowest price I could get was $290 + shipping. I called VIS directly, gave them the auction ID number, and the best offer price of $260, and they sold it to me for that. The fitment on it was damn well factory OEM, which is great for a replica.
