BLOX shift knobs installed pics?

Sorry for the crappy phone pic
When I first installed it the shift boot was super low leaving about 1.5" of the shaft exposed, it looked gross.. After about 20 minutes of messing around I used the stock plastic piece in the shift boot, a zip tie and a piece of tubing that fits over the shaft to hold the boot up closer to the ****.
I'm still not 100% happy with how it fits, so I ordered a B&M short shift and hopefully that will drop it down a bit and then I can mess with the shift boot to make it look better.

I like the feel so far, a good bit heavier than stock.
The short shift should be here Friday, I'll let you know how it goes..

I have the Blox 490 **** installed with a shift **** base collar from Zeetoyz. I purchased the **** and wasn't happy with the look (due to the gap) until I got the finisher. Now I like it.
I think the collar was somewhere around $10 plus shipping. Worth the money IMHO. I painted mine black to match my **** and it has held up well so far.

F'n sweet shifter. The gears just go right in and feels just right. Had the nismo before and there is some effort there. This just drops right in. When I get home tonight I will post pix of it. But again with the collar it is definitely bad a$$. Gunmetal is the only color to get.

There is a good thread on here that covers this

You can also google zeetoys
*edit: I also agree with gidiup above. There's a good weight to the shifter now which provides a smoother shift feel

As you can see its not that shiney. Works with black interior well. I've never seen one with red lettering. Mine is engraved on it and the color overstates the engraving. The nut is just underneath the ball. I got a collar at home depot and installed it over the boot. If you want to install the nut under the boot you need to pop the boot off and over the stick and put the nut on under and reinstall the boot.
