No mames... Just buy one... They are not that expensive... If you wanna save money, buy the ebay one instead of the Titek...

why would you go to all that trouble and it still wont look as good as titeks or hold up as long either to save what 30-40 bucks. The titek is only $80

i think it's kind of waste of money for a $80 plus shipping air duct because all you need is to cut the bumper and make the path for the air to get to the intake.

Very true indeed. Buuuuut, this crowd is a little different from what you are used to. If it's not a cool guy part, you will get much hate. Make it yourself and post up what you did. I like checking out home made parts. And a heads up, if you do make one and post it up, someone will ask why you didn't just buy the duct. lol

^^^
Yup, that's it...lol...

OP, try it out and then post pics when your done... I don't think anyone here has tried a DIY on an air duct, because they rather not risk hacking up their front bumper instead of just paying a couple of bucks...

Are you gonna cut the bumper and just leave it? how are you gonna finish it? The titek is more cosmetic than anything else

then why are you asking about doing a home make solution?there are plenty of aftermarket solutions and a body shop can easily do the install in under an hour.
