Great analogy, definitely shows where the maturity level on the boards are nowadays.

As far as the roof rack goes, I personally think it looks great. I don't understand the comments coming from some of the members. If the bike rack serves a purpose, I don't see what the issue is. Some people swear the Z is some kinda 100k sports car. It's not like you're putting a bike rack on a ferrari. Haters will hate. Keep up the good work, love the suspension and offsets on your wheels.

So let me get this straight. You did this for looks and not for an actual purpose?

If so then........................................................ um NO

I think the car is perfect and the Rack makes the car stand out. I personally like it a lot. Even if you did or didnt have a purpose for it it still looks good and I would still rock it. Im pretty sure you can put other things on there as well. I've been thinking about getting a rack myself for the past year now. After seeing a few Z's with it, it grew on me and I think I may do it. Anyways I woudlnt change a thing man your Z looks great!

Stance is awesome. I'm just pretending the rack is invisible.

Now you throw a road bike on there with a custom painted daytona blue frame. That would be sweet.

I came from the WRX/STi community and the whole "roof rack" fad happened with them recently too. I've never been a fan, but I didn't hate it. If it does serve a purpose, then good for you.

But then again, a WRX/STi is more practical for roof racks than a RWD 350Z you know? I think it looks fine, it's a nice roof rack at that and not one of those bulkier ugly ones, if you use it, good for you.

Your car is very clean btw.

Even if you use it once, it's worth it. I'll prob get one to take an extra set
of wheels to the track. Also, you know how to properly stance a 350z so
regardless of the neg comments - this car looks dope.

Let's do comparisons of the haters rides to this - and vote on the "appearance"
of the contending rides. I wonder what the outcome would be.

Wait till you see the new look mang - matte black ssr's +r35 bbk = +1

+1 especially in bold.

Heading to the beach in my Z this weekend and I wish I had a rack like this for the coastal cruise. Instead, I'll be taking my bike apart and reassembling. pita.

guys its not like he can't take off the rack whenever he pleases. I personally like it w/o the rack, but the car itself looks badass with or without.
