I placed an order for the Blitz Half Carbon Spoiler on Sunday. I asked inside his thread when it was shipped so that I can know when to expect the shipment. I just received a notice via paypal that my item has shipped. I've dealt with them on 3 occasions now and all of them have been great. Yes the customer service could be a lot better, but I haven't had a problem yet with receiving products.
I ordered from Evo-R (Jay) and got my stuff in time.. great customer service and great products as well..
if you can't get intouch with him, try posting in the same active thread he's on, he might not noticed that his PM box is full.

Dave, stay on him. Post in the thread again, and again lol Hell make it all caps so he can't miss it. I know you shouldn't have to do that, but gotta do what ya gotta do if you want it bad enough. I'll let you know when I receive my spoiler. He said it's already been shipped.
Tyhat might explain the Taiwanese or Chinese writing on the box that my Rear strut cover came in.

For the price I paid I figured I'd get an Email back,.. but I guess I'm the self centered one to think so. I checked my paypal and I still have no "shipped" status from july 9th.
I've purchased from Jay multiple times without any problems and really cant say anything negative about him or the service I received. The shipping was prompt and I usually received a reply message within a few days every time I tried to contact him. I hope this puts someone at some sort of ease.
my cf kit from evo-r is pretty bad, but the rest of the stuff i bought from him is pretty good. So if you are expecting showcar OEM quality CF kit, you will be disappointed.

lol I gave up on EVO-R months ago. They never answer the phone, hardly respond to PMs etc... However I must say that I haven't seen too many people complain about not receiving what they ordered (as far as reshipping parts that don't fit)

Nice, I didn't know they were doing pre-fab kits now. That could help with some the shipping time. When I did business with them I had to send the core pieces in.

^^^^Damn, paypal ransaction is completed too, If I could cancel my order now I probably would but I think I have to ride it out. If I recieve at least an email or somehing I'll let it be known, and when I(if) recieve the product without any problems, I def let it be known in Jays favor,....

i have had no problems with Jay, the only issue i had was when i ordered the switch plates in silver, but then changed my mind and decided to do my interior in the basic cf color, jay just told me to ship it back, within a week or so i had my pieces..perfect fit too...I still have a few more parts to get, to complete my interior.....Also i have noticed that he tends to reply much faster to messages sent on his ebay listings, than on here, so that's how i now contact...responded yesterday in fact

I want to order several CF items for my 03 A/T. I have been trying to contact Evo-R without success. When I try to PM them I get the message that their mailbox is full. I emailed the email address found on their website about 5 or 6 days ago and I have not had a response. I tried to call the number listed on their website, got a generic voicemail inbox where I left a message, no call back.
I see them posting on the forums, so I assume they are still in business and accepting orders. However, as I wish to make an order which should total about $1k, I was hoping to get some sort of discount or at least combined shipping. Also, as I can not reach anyone, I am concerned that I might place an order and either not get anything or it might be 2 months before everything arrives.
So my questions are:
1. Is there a way to successfully reach anyone at Evo-R?
2. Has anyone ordered from them before/recently. If so, how was your experience with customer service and shipping speed?
3. Are there other vendors online that I can order these products from? For instance, I have seen some CF covers on ebay that seem to be the same thing and are priced a little lower. I obviously only want the covers not the vinyl overlays.
Any information will be appreciated.

....(whew)I'd prefer to get everything all at once. I can still be patient about it. Whats the ETA you think on the MT cover???
