Default Subtle changes

Finally started customizing my Z, partially cause I now work in a custom car shop. No major or expensive changes yet but easy to do on your own. (VHT nite shade on tail lights, $8-10 a can. Custom mixed rattle can for cross bar, $22.) The tail lights have three coats of spray on tint on them. The cross bar is a dark grey with silver pearl in it (kinda hard to see in the picture)

The tail lights came out great.

How was it to do yourself, sprayed right out of the container?
Also, is it easy removal when it comes to inspection time?
lol.

I got it from one of the distributors at our shop but it is available online from VHT I believe. It is very simple to use literally just clean and spray. No wet sanding or scuffing. But make sure to clean the lights really good. I did three coats on the lights. I wouldn't recommend going anymore than three because your lights get hard to see after three coats.

Oh yea and as far as removal goes it is non removeable. Once dried it is actually very tough. One of the other guys I work with has had his lights on his truck done for over a year now and there is no spider cracking, flaking or fading.

I didn't post pictures of it but I did black out the orange side markers on the front bumper. As far as the headlights I am not planning on blacking them out. I do want to remove the amber strip in them though

NIce, I did my tails over 4 years ago with Night Shades & they still look nice, also 3 coats and they look GREAT at night. The process is very easy.
