Ok so i think i hit a bump a month ago and now my passenger HID 350z headlight is out. We got the headlight off and took a bulb out and poured like 2 bottles of water out (around that amount). I purchased a new light but they sent me a halogen one. I cant find any stock replacements anywhere. We dried it all out and tried a new bulb and plugged it in and it still didnt work.

Im totally confused? What should i do???

 

sorry there is some errors in this.. i purchased a halogen type one and it was all wrong. But i also bought a HID bulb and put it in the dryed out headlight i had on the car. it didnt work AT ALL!!

 

i had this problem on my Z there is two ways you can fix this either A: let the ballast dry out and hope it comes back on or B: buy one from a member here or ebay and then buy it from there. But you can take the old bulb out and pop it in the other side and see if it comes on that will let you know if it is the ballast or bulb or both. PM if you have anymore questions i think i have a spare ballast and ignitor around my room somewhere
