wow thanks a lot adon, i'll be looking at this again later.

How about when actually putting the cover on any tips on that? WHen i put mine on i have to slide it on an angle so the lens and the little bulb clears right thru it, but then as soon as i press down on the cover it never lines up right??? (im guess its bcs i didnt use all the screws right).

yea it's a little tricky sliding everything in place with 350z lights I noticed, and no the bulb doesn't pop out of place because of the screws, thats because it gets in the way, that city bulb makes contact with the bezel when you're taking the lens/bezel on and off

so make sure you take out the side city bulb out before popping the lens cover off because it will make contact with the bezel, just unscrew it from the backside of the headlight like you would if you were changing the bulb, and keep it out until you finished assembling the bezel back into place, then once done just pop it back in.

Sometimes I forget to take it out and what happens is as soon as I take the lights out the oven and pop the lens and bezel off, the city bulb always gets caught and actually pops right off, luckily not breaking any of the times. But yea it's a good precaution to take, because like I said it does make contact with the bezel and makes it a little difficult taking the lens off and properly putting it back on.

so just unscrew that light from the backside of the casing when assembling and disassembling the lens cover and bezel piece off.

Adon, I baked my headlights the exact same way as you. IMO...that's the best way. You don't need wet cardboard.

well i finished my headlights last night, looks much better. Looking at it now im guessing theres suppose to be a slight gap on there. But i put the extra lense on the blinker housing so it looks much better now and it covers it up.

HOWEVER my dumb *** left one of the headlights on a chair and it dropped on concrete. Scuffed up the cover lense Im dropping it off my friends house and hopefully he can buff/polish it out.
