Default Trim panel question

Well I can't figure it out so maybe someone knows on here.

I am looking to buy a rebuilder, piecing together the repair bill isn't to bad...but there is a single part that I can't find a replacement for and I think that has to do with not knowing what it's being called. It's the exterior A-Pillar trim piece. Runs the full length of the A-Pillar and covers the length of the roof.

Thanks a bunch

Is there anywhere that part can be found thats less than a bajillion dollars for a stinking plastic piece? Also any clue if having that part come loose and fly off on the highway can be covered by insurance?
