Default BlueBatmobile Tail Tint on Ultra Yellow

Hey. I got tail tint from 'The Bat' a while back and he asked me to post up pics of it (all be it a long time ago ) once i got it on my ultra yellow 05'. I've had no issues with the tint what so ever and I installed it myself .

Nice Z, but I'm not a fan of tinting taillights.

I would suggest you upgrade to 2006+ LED taillights instead.

o man I want to swap out all the lights so bad . Headlights are god awful as well. Got any good sources for them? Hmm are 06+ drop in for 05? I thought they had changed something in the harness or something.. hmm more research is required

Taillights are an easy swap, just remove and replace.

Headlights are compatible if you already have HID's, but more complicated if you don't.

You need to tint your back up lights also.

Actually its 15%. Almost went 8%, as I replaced the passenger / driver windows tint, but didn't want to do the hatch at that point.

Taillights are an easy swap, just remove and replace.

I don't have HID's, I've been looking for a good while for a good source for upgrade kits, or even a whole new lighting assembly but haven't come across anything seemed 100% compatible with the 05 non HID setup.

looks good, flows well with the tint
These photos are fairly old, currently the door handles and the nissan emblems have been blacked out, and the 350 has been removed. now just the wheels stand out, so they are the next to go.

You need to tint your back up lights also.
Yep, already on the list of things to get

I have a yellow Z as well but I think the tint makes the tails look out of place.

Don't give a **** what I say, I'm just saying it to get my post count up.

I don't really get this. I have my tails tinted, but I'd never mess with the reverse lights. My tint is already dark enough for it to be difficult to see when backing up. Why the hell would someone want to then tint the reverse lights?

I'm not sure the exact % of the tails, but I think they are still quite visible. i've stood behind the car with the brake lights on and it still seemed quite visible as 'the bat' said.

Yeah I've not had any trouble myself either. The tint installer said some people have trouble seeing at night, but I haven't really noticed it. still want to go back and upgrade to 8%

Blacking out stuff on a bright car is very 90's with the taillight cover crap and just trailer trash type stuff now. It looked so lame that most of the civic crowd even stopped doing it.
