Can anyone name this shift ****?

Not sure whos car this is, someones on the forums though but im really liking the shift **** that they're running. Does anyone know what kind it is?

Looks like a NRG carbon fiber ball shift **** with the shift boot raised to the base.

I want that WR spec one. looks wish it was a little heavier though. They had this one http://www.more-japan.com/razo-super...****-450g.html that's 450g(1lbs is 454g). How different would the offset feel you think?
