I like it... just sent an inquiry for one with light gray stitching. I'm waiting to see if they have a matching E-brake boot.

I bought my shifter and handbrake boots from "the-tuning-shop-team" on eBay. They're in the UK, and my order took just over a week to arrive. They'll make just about any color you want, but I ordered black suede with black stitching, for $30 shipped. The quality of the materials and workmanship is very nice, too.

My shift boot came with nothing, just the leather and all the holes pre-punched. You need to save and reuse the plastic ring inside the top of the OEM boot. That black conical washer above my boot is a ballcock washer (plumbing section at Lowe's or Home Depot).

I got one with the same color combo off ebay. Matching E-brake boot and all. Came out great!

Here's the link for the vendor with the boots:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=290377494786

Here's the link for the vendor with the shift pattern plate:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Nissa...item19bf7fe504

It's actually plastic, but it looks like aluminum.

I mounted the shift pattern plate after taking my car to a Safelite Auto Glass shop to get a windshield chip repaired. The guy pulling my car into the bay couldn't seem to find first or reverse, as I cringed at the grinding sound in the waiting room.
