Advice on 03-05 headlights

Hey forum

I am having trouble removing 2 phillip head screw's from my '03 headlight with out damage. Any help will be much appreciated...

What damage is occuring? Will they not come out? I'll try to help but don't know the problem.

I am having trouble removing the 2 screws as shown in the pic, 1 i can access but causes damage to the silver reflector when i unscrew and the other i can not access at all... these are the last 2 i need to remove so i can remove the silver light reflector.
