no theyre not. ive seen plenty of them fade and yellow within a years time. ive made it a point to uv clear anything carbon fiber on my car.

yep. seibon clear is crap. if you want CF to look good for more then a year, then get it recleared with a quality clear after you buy it.

shouldn't really be over 200$ to reclear a hood. anyone charging more is ripping you off.

When my carbon fiber parts started to yellow, my neighbor suggested I spray a translucent Kandy black over them then reapply a clear coat with good UV protection. For about 100 bucks, I think it looks really good as the parts are once again black and they really shouldn't turn yellow again. I hope lol...

I think the op is referring to the hood and hatch if im not mistaken? If it is i feel that it might be a little high but not over the park. Can you clarify a little more Ansar?

isnt $520 kinda steep? i paid around 4 bills to clear coat my hood and hatch and they even took out my glass from my oem hatch and installed it into my new hatch and installed my hatch back onto my car
