i came across this thought of mounting my iphone 4 inner side of the sun visor.
Since iphones have speaker and microphone on the bottom, you'll be able to hear and talk clearly if you mount it on there, no? This would be a agood way to use it as bluetooth without a bluetooth muhahaha.
So the problem is how should i mount it. I got a small size of sticky pad so i could somehow mount the pad on the inner side of the visor. Iphone wouldn't fall of because the pad is..sticky lol
Ideas? no zip ties or glues

My Otterbox case came with a belt clip. No way am I wearing that huge belt clip. It does clip nicely on my sunvisor though. And my iphone 4 clips into it securely and is removed with ease... just my .02
I used to just stick it in between the visor and headliner, turn it on speaker phone and it would stay tucked in there, without using any type of clip or anything but I had a hard time hearing it because my exhaust was too loud

this is what i thought of doing but you would have better hearing and speaking to the microphone if they bottom of the iphone is facing you, not the back of the headliner lol

In order to make the speaker face you, you'd have to pull down the sun visor, right?
is that clip strong enough to not slip when it's in down ward angle?
I like it other than looks lol

It's not the 'clean' look that I think you are going for but it's easy and isn't permanant. Plus I love my otterbox. It does a very good job protecting my phone. You shouldn't have to drop the visor down very far to hear better.
Facing upright in normal operating position. Speaker is away from you.

Simply unclip and place is opposite direction with speaker facing you.

This is the Otterbox and it comes with the belt clip.

I have one but it doesn't work well with my iphone 4.
+ i already have the sticky pad, so i wanted to use that.
+ since i don't like sticking the BT in my ear when i get in my car, i have to leave that somewhere in the car. I hate to try to find that BT and stick it in my ear before the call ends

I forget the model # on the Motorola BT headset I use, but it works great with my iPhone 4, and because it has noise-canceling circuitry, it works much better than the iPhone's speaker phone. I always have my phone in the front space of that roll back console compartment (I have an '08) because it's hooked up to a cable to my Kenwood HU, and I keep the BT headset in the rear space of that compartment.

you have all the goodies but I don't lol
I don't have that roll back center cubby so I don't keep my cubby open. it's so inconvinience to keep flapping the cubby door. I get irritated by the cubby door being flapped open, not rolled back
