Default Steering Wheel cover?

I searched but I didn't find a definite answer or instructions.

I want to cover the silver parts of the steering wheel with some leftover carbon fiber di noc.

does anybody know how to take them off? I can feel there are some screws is it just those that are holding them up?

I circled in the picture the parts im talking about.
