Default What do you think?

I doubt I can go to church now in my Z.

Took me almost 6 months to get them but they finally arrived today.

Now, I am really worried about someone keying my car, UGH!

You need to have some speed to back that up.

My thoughts exactly, someone is gonna think I have something powerful under the hood. Maybe next year, I just spent $600 on my wife for xmas and it was a lladro (Italian porcelain figurine). Thats just one item, geez women are expensive.

I never understand women, all them damn things do is collect dust, LOL. She has like 50 of them things.

Plus, I spent $600 today on an alarm system. I was really wanting the NISMO LSD and the NISMO or INJEN CAI. But I have to get my priorities straight first.

Jess, which one do you recommend I get, as far as CAI goes.

And how hard is the LSD to install?

Get the Plenum! Best bang for the buck baby.

All you get with CAI is a cool sound....

....but like a said, it is a sweet sound.

The Crawford Plenum? What exactly does that do?

AHH, nevermind, I'll do a search, maybe later.

I heard an Injen CAI at a track meet in Pueblo, and it sounded sweet. He had a Borla True Exhaust also, that def. helped the sound though.

I'll start out slow, gotta convince the wife, she would have a cow if she knew all the upgrades that I want.

I think the first thing I will do is get a CAI, then the Nismo LSD, then wheels/tires, and like the energizer bunny says, keep going, and going, and going. LOL!

www.crawfordzcar.com

Here's their explanation, because I'm too lazy.

"One of the largest contributors to performance loss, is the starvation of air within an engine. While the majority of people would never notice such a loss within their own engine, we began looking for causes of such a sharp decrease in power within the upper part of our powerband.

There is was, staring us in the eye. This very attractive molded plenum tucked underneith our plastic engine covers.

We still don't know why such an aggressive angle was incorporated into the design, perhaps to fit under the hood simplistically? Regardless, after flowbench testing we found there to be a 30% difference in flow between the rear cylinders and the forward.

In taking the current design, and raising the forward portion by nearly one inch... we reduced that difference to less than 5%. This was a HUGE discovery and one that has proven itself already on the dynos, and in the hands of MANY Z owners."

I like it. The only reason i dont get a custom plate is becuase the 350Z is already prone to being keyed and a custom plate would only raise the risk. But I am talking about the area where i live, not every area is this way.
BTW, the plate really goes well with the PPW.

I'd get the Crawfod plenum definitely. Like Spike said. The CAI is really not worth the money you're paying. With the plenum, you'll definitely see a gain, especially at our altitude.
