noo, it does its think every time i open and close, like its only siticking out like 3 mm +/-...,

i tried playing with that hook that attaches to the B pillar..were the seatbelts go, but looks like it cant adjust.

like i can push it in if i lean on it, but when i stop it comes out the few milimeters

EDIT: btw thanks for posting your thoughts, any interests and ideas will help!

The only true adjustments to the door are found underneath the fender. If you remove the fender you will find the mounting locations.

It's possible the door could be sagging, but usually that would only occur if the door had been removed or the car had been in an accident.

I created a thread on installing the GT Spec fender braces that will show you how to get to these bolts. You will almost certainly need a friend to help you if you're going to tackle this, as you need to hold the door and also loosen/tighten these bolts. It's possible you could use a jack but an extra set of hands is recommended.
