Led Hookup to DRL Wiring Help
Hey everyone,
I need to hook up a pair of LED strip lights, so that when I turn on the daytime running lights, the led strip lights also turn on. However, I am not sure about the wiring. Does anyone know how to do this? Could you provide instructions/pictures? Thank you for all of your help.

LED strip
Wire is red with blue stripe in the driver floorboard, but I think that the switch provides negative instead of positive, so it complicates your wiring of the strips since you can't just ground them near the location and run a positive to tap into the switch with a relay.
I just did something similar this past weekend on my car and I decided to make my parking lights and the LED strips be daytime running lights instead. You can find my post in the 350Z Tech -> Exterior section titled "Come rag on my attempt at DRLs". In the end, I was happier with this than using the fog light switch.
I ran all new cabling for the strips and to my existing parking lights (that I also replaced with LED bulbs for v-leds) and wired it all into the ACC/switched power. I would suggest this over just trying to tap into the parking light switch.
