I'm thinking you might have to crack them open, clean them up n reseal them. While ur in there might as well black them out.

If i misread and it's on outside then trying using a calcium/lime remover maybe? It's just plastic shouldn't hurt.
Do you leave your Z out in the sun alot?

if it's on the outside, just take some sandpaper and wet sand it.

Not sure about rust. The headlights are plastic. For detailing the exterior of the lamp see the detailing forum.
