How much did he charge you for that?

How the hell do you remove the little plastic part around the a/c vents on the doors?
Or does it just pop off with a flat head screwdriver

You have to pop off the side console which will give you access to 2 screws that hold in the door. Take those screws off then pop off the door.

I ordered a new sample of the Black Metro 4D HD Flexible Carbon Fiber Vinyl Wrap and it looks pretty neat. Check out the sample I bought below.

Here is where I bought it. Look under the Carbon Fiber Vinyl section for it.

I am installing this today on my switch panels and will post pics once completed. So far, I am not sure if I like it, but maybe my mind will change once I see it in the car. If not, I will be paying premo for Tony's services.

After four hours I still have to redo my window switches, but this is what it looks like so far. This is the most infuriating mod I have ever done!

Going to try again tomorrow...Fortunately I bought 6 square feet for these two pieces. Should be a pro before I use it all.

Window switch area won't stay down and I had to cut pieces to fit in there. Also the handle area is creased. I am going to try it a few more times and if it is not perfect I will be sending it out to Carbon Fiber Element, since the paint is officially ruined now...

How's this stuff holding up for you guys? Any major lifting? This guy did his entire interior on his S2000. He did the whole dash, door panels, behind the seats, door sills, center console, shifter surround, headliner, etc. I asked him about it when I still had my s2000 and he told me that the vinyl did eventually lift in the corners, but he also did not use the 3M primer. The end result looked pretty damn good though.

installed pics on pg 4

3m spray adhesive 90 and a heat gun make this install much easier. It will still try your patience. I've only done the waterfall, but am thinking about doing the rear strut bar cover. Think I'll wait for some of my patience to return.

Little late of a reply here, I myself am wondering how this stuff holds up on interior and how soon after you see it lifting?

Another question I had was how easy is it to remove each time you mess up, or when you wish to replace with a new colour vinyl.

Thirdly and last question for OP: Which shift **** was that in the original pictures?

Were you using the 3M material or another material?

This Mod, has been driving me crazy. I cant get all the wrinkles out this doesnt seem to be a one man job with heat gun. After several attempts and several wrap. I think im just going to paint it black.
Any advise on getting this to sit with out creating wrinkles?
