Is this Steering Wheel Cover too tacky/ricey?

talking about the blue/black 2 tone one
I need to do something with my steering wheel as its starting to peel and getting sticky to the point where its not cool. Its either the black and blue (to match my daytona blue exterior of course) or just a plain black to match the original color...which btw does anyone one know which color matches the original wheel color (on wheelskins.com)

I would go with plain black or aftermarket steering wheels, steering wheel covers reminds me of the early 90's jc whitney magazine/ricer days where your interior had to match with your outside, painted seats, billet floor mats, broadway mirror.....ahh I miss my ricer days
