Question Plasti Dip Roof Or Vinyl Wrap?

Plastic-dip or flat black vinyl wrap for the Z roof? If you have pictures of each one that would be great. Thank you in advance

I would say vinyl wrap unless you want to be re-doing it very shortly. I have never used plasti-dip but from what I have read I don't see it holding up very well on a roof.

plastidip works great for areas like the front and rear portions of the 370z which are commonly blacked out, I foresee it being very difficult to lay down a good layer of palstidip on the roof though. Any mistake would be extremely noticeable. I would STRONGLY recommend a vinyl wrap.

If i were to rice my car out i would wrap it, then when i came back to my senses i could pull the rice off and have a good looking car once again.

Plastidip first since it's only about $5 bucks/can, probably need 2 cans. If it looks bad, then go to a vinyl wrap. If you can wrap the roof yourself you'll save some $$. I tried wrapping the roof myself on another car and it wasn't as easy as I had thought it would be.

I would not plasti-dip your roof.

An emblem or your handles maybe but this plasti-dip fever is getting out of hand.

EDIT:

Here are links for vinyl wrapping:

your link of the plastic dip explains itself...
hahaa its PRETTY.... ugly!

wrap it. i'd actually suggest a gloss black rather than matte black (as the roof)
i have seen both and i find gloss black more OEM looking.

matte black or CF roof.. is kinda... too much
