Vinyl wrapnit. Very good advice, because in the long run won't depreciate the valve of the car and you can change when ever unget bored. Bcman had his wrapped flat/satin black and it looks sick and another member just went blue and it looks pretty flawless.

Secondary Question:
The leather seats of my car is a matching orange. Is there any quality stainer I could buy that would darken it to match the new darker color?
Too bad the solar orange is one of my favorite Z colors. But i understand since you live in the north it doesn't make sense to have such a tropical color that attracts too much attention.

If you have alot of experience with proper sanding and prepping techniques and equipment then go for it otherwise don't even touch it.

It will typically take a collision/repair shop a few weeks up to 2 months get it done depending how busy they are.

Don't stain the seats. Just sell them and buy black aftermarket ones.

REV_NIGHT:

I just got my car refreshed by D&V Autobody. They do extremely good paint jobs in case you insist on getting it done over. My car is now flawless (seriously).

Yes it is. D&V Autobody is just west of the Dulles Airport on route 606. Take the Dulles Toll road (267) and get off on Old Ox Road which is the first exit after the toll gate you hit once you pass the airport. Check Google Maps for a better orientation.

I had my hood, nose, and front fenders completely repainted for roughly $2200. So to have the entire car painted would likely put you up in the $4K range which I know you are trying to avoid. But as they say, you get what you pay for. D&V specializes in exotic and high-end cars. They also do restorative work. Kevin is the manager and it's a family business. Their goal is to provide a quality paintjob that you simply cannot get at most shops and that's exactly what you get. They are very customer satisfaction oriented.

Step one. Sell Z
Step two. Buy another Z
Step three. Drive new colored Z with cash in hand.

Who knew a paint job could make you money.
