Try sanding it down and just shooting it with some primer from Autozone yourself?

If not, how much do you want for it?

Too much work. Im selling it.
If your going to paint it, grab some Krylon Fusion. It's made for plastics, and has a primer built it. I painted mine after doing nothing but wiping it down with soapy water, and it's help up very well other than where I've scraped on the underside.

I did a wrap for a guy on his with the same problem. 3M makes a adhesive promoter that will solve that problem. I cleaned the lip with soapy water, sprayed it with the promoter and it went right on. Actually better than other applications I didn't use the promoter. With the heat gun, the 3M di-noc hardens and almost feels like plastic after it cools. So far the kid hasn't had any problems and that was since last May '10.

okay so i did a little research on the lip i posted up (http://www.amazon.com/2003-2005-Niss.../dp/B005C712EY) and it comes rolled up in a little box. i dont really like that idea, id rather have a full size box.. but i really like this design. i dont really like the nismo looking ones or whatever they are called that stick out like 8 inches lol i just want something simple to go across the bottom of the ugly/boring stock 350 bumper. at the same time i dont wanna spend 3-500 dollars on something that will get torn up (im low ) anyone seen this lip design but a little better quality without costing too much?

It's also known as the TT style. That will help your searching... You can find them all over the place for cheap

edit:
eBay lip

Not sure how it's shipped, but they have 99.5% feedback

eBay

This is the stick kind. MUCH cheaper and easy to work with. You may want a larger amount.

Does anybody know how much lower than stock this will hang? Does it go any lower, or is it just an extension of the already stock height bumper?

Reason being, is because I'm looking for a front lip that hangs a little lower. I know the Ings +1 goes lower and the aerosync bumper goes way low. I'm looking for something along those lines as far as height.

Sorry, took mine off when I dropped the car, then my room mate folded it up and put it in his trunk for a couple weeks, so it's destroyed now.

LOL. my lip lasted less than a month.

it took a good amount of abuse through its short life. the parking garage at my job has steep inclines/declines.

one day...it snagged and got stuck underneath the car. i dragged it for about 2 levels and finally was able to get it out from underneath the car. for it being dragged....it was still in pretty much one piece. parts cracked and one of the ends broke off.

i'm gonna get some zipties and piece it back together for the hell of it.
