Best aesthetic mod (PICS WELCOME)
I've seen plenty of "Best Performance Mod" or simply "Best Mod EVARR" threads, but I haven't seen purely aesthetic mod thread, so I've decided to make one, since I'm curious.
So, what is the best AESTHETIC mod that you've done to your car? What was your most expensive and your least expensive?
I know there's a Wheels & Tires category already, but this thread welcomes pictures of wheels if you feel those were your best.

My cheapest mod was either the Di-Noc wrap:
or my interior LED Conversion, of which I don't have pictures.
My most expensive mod (and favorite) was my V2 bumper, with 99% of the cost going to painting it:

Best aesthetic was a Mine's CF front lip.The design flows with the lines of the Z.
A good aesthetic addition to me is a mod, when completed, looks as though it should have been on the car at time of production. It adds, does not subtracts.Another small mod I did were thin polished alluminum trim rings that go around the speedo/tach cluster.Should have been there in the first place!
The reason that you may be receiving few replies is that what one guy feels is aesthically
right, another thinks is crap.Great to one is ricer to another.

Worst mods
Human nature is that people like to complain rather than compliment.
How about, the WORST aesthetic mods list?
You'll get plenty of replies!
Like front "chrome" or mesh grilles...It seems that few guys are big on this mod!

Maybe it's a weekend thing. I would assume weekends would show an increase in activity!
I agree that what one thinks is amazing another will think is rice, but I designed this thread with that in mind. It's what you think your most aesthetically pleasing mod is/was.

I really haven't done much to the exterior of the car, much more in the way of motor stuff, but I would like to see what other have done, because this will likely be my next avenue of modifications.

If I had to pick a single aesthetic mod to do, it would have to be lowering the car. It is somewhat of a performance mod too, but if I had to choose one thing to make he car 'look' better, that would be it.
Coming in at a close second would be a set of nicely offset wheels. Whether its a set of Volks or a some Varrs, or even just spacing out the stockers, this make a huge difference compared to the sunken in stance from the factory.

as you can see OP, "Aesthetic mod" is FAR too broad a topic.
thats why your thrread will either turn into a cluster fawk or get no play.
WHeels n tires thread is very specific, and theres ever more specific sub threads of that, stretched tires, fat tires, 19, 20, etc. theres a thread for each already.. thats all.. it s not a weekend thing... its that the posts wont be cohesive at all, or of much search value for others later on.
Theres already a " look what i got today" thread that alerts ppl to samples of all sorts of available products etc.
Just trying to help..

gauge rings
These polished alluminum rings are so subtle they look like they have alway been there.Install in a few minutes, pop into place. Most cars have e'm.Always wondered why were not on the z?
Can buy online,THE TUNING-SHOP...in the U.K.Cost less than 50 bucks shipped if I remember.

Very broad, covers everything from wheels to exhaust. Just stay away from sticky rice. Anything that sticks on a does nothing for performance. Numberplates for the track and sponcership decals to not apply to that.

No matter what is on the car: rims, bodykits, new paint job, carbon fiber etc...if it doesn't have this first in some form, I don't care to look at it.
