none of these sellers keep the stuff in stock.. the mirrors are al the same, the baseplates are all different. They are still out of stock. few more weeks.

Just sayin.. if you call the manufacturer, they will tell you when the plates come in.

^it would be very retarded for a business that sells products to close on the weeks leading up to xmas through new years. closing on xmas DAY and new years DAY is understandable

Small businesses ate almost always that way..even alot of the " big places" that we see as site sponsors employ less than 10-15 ppl. Just is what it is. If I owned a shop id be so down to gtfo of town fer the holidays haha.

OP, if you like them then that is all it counts. But because you asked for opinions I will go as far as saying that I hate the look of them, they don't even suit the cars styling and lines. I believe they are smaller than stock? If that's the case then why would someone go for something less functional? Stock looks the best imho. Perhaps change the look of the stock mirrors by painting them black or wrap in CF to freshen it up a little.

^^^ true dat.

U asked fer opinions.. yer gonna get em>

Yeah the OEM are just fine to be honest.. but they are huge heavy clunkers.
The F1 style are tinted, are generally convex and give a huge vieweing angle.. and for some cars, they look pretty cool.

In our case, not so much, but still.. very functional.

I had autoteknics on my z roadster. Very nice but I had a problem with mine that if I went over 65 mph or so the mirrors would flex back and I'd have to adjust. Finally got tired and went back to stock.
