Default 2003-Wiring turn indicator to be Parking Light

Hey guys, had a question about how to properly wire my 350z headlights.

So the story is that i recently did a Fx-r retrofit on my 350z headlights (stock HID). And because of the cuts i had to make to properly get this thing seated i had to create a custom shroud that covers the entire lower headlight assembly. (The gray colored piece in pic below)

<a href="http://s1012.photobucket.com/albums/af245/danielagalt/2003%20350z%20fx-r%20retrofit/?action=view&amp;current=1-1.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1012.photobucket.com/albums/af245/danielagalt/2003%20350z%20fx-r%20retrofit/1-1.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

This consequently eliminated my parking lights, which i happen to like. My question is:

Is it possible to wire my turn indicator so that it turns on like my parking lights, stays on until i turn them off, and also have it wired so that they blink when my turn indicator is active.

***Another side note is that the indicators will be LED, and require a Load Resistor on each bulb. So this will have to be kept in mind in terms of wiring. I also have my ccfl angel eyes wired to the existing parking light wiring (ccfl located behind gatling gun shroud)***

You will need a dual brightness bulb, then its just a matter of wiring. If you going to use an LED bulb then they sell dual brightness LED bulbs. If your custom building your LED turn signal's then you would just need a PWM (pulse width modulator) to wire the driving lights to for a reduced brightness output. When the voltage from the blinker is received it will go to full brightness.

I've abandoned the parking light idea...but now i need help on another wiring issue.

I just bought some LED turn bulbs and found that they do the rapid blink thing....no big, i went out and bought some 6ohm-50watt resistors. I installed everything and found that...No change ! still got the fast blinking on both sides this is how i wired it:

The easiest fix is to replace your relay.

I'm assuming you're referring to the flasher relay? I looked that up also and if im correct its built into the ....Body Control Module...??? not sure if thats right nor do i even know where that is located on my car...I did find this thread:
https://my350z.com/forum/exterior-an...her-relay.html
doesn't give enough info though. I've also tried searching for BCM and LED flashers to no avail.

there is a specific term for the type of flasher relay you need but it has been so long I cannot remember it specifically. something to the effect of load balanced or non-load flasher relay.

I do believe the flasher is integrated and a generic flasher is required. I could just be full of it though.
