Default Full Lid Cluster Cubby Replacement

2008 350Z Roadster with Automatic

I am replacing the Lid Cluster Cubby with a brand new one and was wondering if someone could point me to the best DIY for this. I'm pretty sure I can do it myself with detailed instructions and pictures! I searched and found a few for replacing just the lid in a standard. Just want to make sure there is not another post of instructions that is even better that i might have missed.

Thanks

Either keep searching on here or type in 350z service manual in google. Go to the first link. There isn't a 2008 service manual but there is a 2007. I'm sure it would be the same thing for what you need.

Download the ZIP file and open the ip.pdf for the instrument panel. It gives you instructions on how to take the "waterfall" apart. It will take some time to do.

Good luck.

http://liljerk.morpheus.net/350Z/dash_removal/

I recently used this since I took mine apart to wrap it.

It's for a 2003 so it will be a little different, but it should give you a better guide since it has photos.

Just keep searching.

Thanks...I'll look at all of them.

Found another really good thread dealing with painting the cubby lid and guages that has a lot of good information on removing everything. Love this forum!
