Default Clearing the amber strip?

I have my headlights removed right now, and am a bit hesitant to bake them until i know how to clear the amber strip. I plan on getting clear sidemarkers, and i want the strips to match them.

also, if anyone has DIY for opening headlights please post

I am currently seeking a quote from a professional/hobbyist to inject the prism strip in clear or smoke. I have no clue what the price will be yet; or how long it will take to get finished. I hope to know more on monday if he responds.

as for the DIY; I beleive I copied a thread on it to the DIY forum that you can find through the "resources" button up top.

You could always opt to get the chrome strip i think it was Brat makes, and it seemed to cover it nicely in pics.
