Im getting a z in a few weeks and I was wondering if anyone had tried multicolor demon eye and halos? Im not wanting to go ricer status here just wanting purple angel eye rings with red halos and the ability to change the ring to say white so i can drive with them and have a clean look. Has anyone used the color changing lights and if so if you got pics that would be great. I had white angel eyes with blue demoneye mids on my old rx7 and it looked sick. Should be an easy mod just wanting to know if anyone has tried it and if so how it turned out

the demon eye isnt bright enough if youre using a CCFL angel eye thats even halfway decently bright.

I went overboard, used 2 leds in each projector, filed them at an angle, polished them and its STILL not birght enought to be seen when a ccfl is on near them.

Thanks for the input. I have done the blue demon eye with white halo rings in my other car and it was visible pretty good in low light and night which is what I'm looking for. Basically just wondered if anyone had any color changeling eyes and rings like cool color scheme for shows and like white and cool blue for just driving around town. Thanks

 

As for demon eye.. its a single led.. I've only seen rgb multi color leds. As for ccfl halos they don't change color.
Color change ledstrips can be used inside the housing.. its in my thread..and on youtube..different look tho. Reflects off the lens..lots of dots.

youl want an sti lens as well while youre in there..

and i just dont see a halo and a demon eye at the same time wokring well , thers ALOT of reflection into the lense from the halos.. at least there is on mine.. kills out the red big time.
