Default Looking for screw type anchors

I recently purchased several stainless bolts and flush washers to replace the rusted bolts/screws under my hood, fenders, etc. However, I have been looking everywhere to try and find metal, screw in anchors to replace the plastic push anchors for the bumper and shrouds. Does anyone know where I can pick these up? They would look like this:

This is the only picture I have been able to find. I can't find them through any automotive store, hardware store, home improvement store or online... I have even contacted the seller of the auction on eBay, but haven't gotten a response. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe my coffee hasn't kicked in yet this morning, but won't those types of anchors be difficult to remove when you want to pull your bumper off? Once you tighten them, the underside expands, but when you loosen them, they underside doesn't return to its original shape.

yeah, they're reusable. I'm waiting on the company to verify the threading will work before I order so I don't have more random stuff laying around that I can't use.

the "MAX-NUT" is the closest thing, but then I have to drill out the bumper, shroud, and brackets to get it to work...

I was just thinking... How much taller are the heads of those dress-up bolts than the heads on the plastic clips? I just installed a cooling panel and that extra ~1/16th of an inch causes a little bit of rubbing on my hood.

They're shorter than the factory bolts. I work in the tool/fastener industry, and still have has no luck finding the anchors. I'm going to try one more hardware store tomorrow, after that I'm just going to use factory plastic anchors and use the flush bolts got all of the actual bolt replacements.
