I am wanting a simple lip to add on because i HATE the stock 06 bumper

does anyone know what brand/ type this is?

is it CF painted with the center left unpainted? I cant tell

and its painted no carbon fiber...

That's a Vizage type S as someone else pointed out. I've actually been looking at this because it's one of the FEW 06+ URETHANE lips available!
The only other one that comes to mind is the *INGS LX* type (or knock offs)
