Do Luck Widebody.....again
ohboy. it sounds like you've not really dealt w/ this before.
you don't have to accept the number that the insurer gives you.
especially if you feel like the cost to repair is going to be higher
than the money you're offered. look up private claims adjuster
in your area and find someone that is licensed and communicates
well. that person will deal with your insurer directly to maximize
your claim.
remember, the insurer is out to adjust the lowest possible value
on your car. they run a business, every extra dollar they spend
comes out of their bottom line.
protect yourself and your investment.

Thanks guys. And yea I park on the street sometimes b/c I have a shared driveway. But a jeep actually clipped my quarter pannel while I was driving and I spun around and hit a wall (wasnt clear about that before sorry). He slowed down when I spun then just kept driving like a dick. I got the first 3 numbers on his license plate but my glasses flew off and I couldnt really see that far lol (go ahead laugh it up)
...no offense here I'm finding that story hard to believe. I think you were racing/driving too fast/in an unsafe manner and lost control. Not calling you out, but your first story was someone hit your parked car which is not reflective of the damage, then you changed it up to someone clipped your bumper while you were driving and drove off which sounds sketchy too.
If someone clipped you and u spun out on the highway and u hit a wall then you were very very lucky because the damage is very minimal and you sound like you came out uninjured. If someone clipped you while you were driving down a street like say Atlantic Avenue I'm gonna say you were driving too fast, racing and swerving in and out of lanes and you were lucky you didn't hit anyone else (person or car) after loss of control. Either way, typically if someone taps you they don't really manage to get by you unscathed and have the ability to drive off like you are describing.
Just sayin bro, think about what your story is going to be to the adjuster. The damage on your car does not really indicate someone hitting you. Your body is mostly fiberglass and when fiberglass gets hit at any speed from the impact of another car it pretty much implodes and cracks. You might want to consider footing the bill and payin out of pocket yourself because the ins. company is going to chalk this up as a driver loss of control fault accident on your record and your next premium will take a nice hike. And also just from experience and what I notice looking out my rearview mirror when I'm on the expressway or at a stoplight, most people around the area in their "normal looking" cars tend to keep a safe distance from cars like you and me so unless you were really hit by some hater think about how your gonna handle this. Anyway good luck with the repairs man.

^The one on the car is a legit do luck kit that I bought off of a member on another forum years ago who bought it from Intense (I Think) but decided to sell it for the amuse superleggera (or however you spell that). But I have no idea where to get the legit one from now.
^ Thanks guys, should be ordering my parts soon. The car is being aligned on Monday and a final estimate will be giving to the insurance so well see whats going on with that sometime next week hopefully.
Wow that SUCKS dude! Good luck getting everything back to how it was before. If there's anything we can help with, let us know.
Did you file a police report? I'd think if you had the 1st 3 digits from the plate and the make/model and approx. year, they could track the a-hole down.
