Suggestions on exterior parts due to accident.
Hey guys first time posting on here. Long story short i got in sort of a fender bender and i need some new stuff, all coming by way of another party's insurance. Only the front bumper was damaged but i know the people im bringing it to so im going to try and get a little bit more out of it then just a bumper if you know what i mean.
So far the only thing im almost 100% sure on is i want the Nismo V2 front bumper. Im going to try and get a new hood and headlight kit as well. what hood and aftermarket headlight kit would people recommend? I wanna go CF but dont know which design i like. my Z is basically stock only lowered on tein s tech springs. any pictures of recommendations would help.
thanks guys

Wow,the other guy must have some great insurance.Traditionally, insurance will cover replacement parts that are OEM or,replace WHAT YOU HAD ON THE CAR.
Are you sure you got the facts straight? You can "try" all you want, but when the adjuster comes out to do the deal, you may be in for a surprise.

going to be a big bill for just a fender bender, they might look into it more and you end up with jack.
dont get greedy and just shoot for the Nismo V2 since your almost 100% possibly maybe definately sure about that particular part.
if it does go your way, 08 hood and headlights as mentioned.

Seriously , OEM bumper should cost more than a V2 bumper , you can probably get a set of skirts with the savings and get it all painted. BTW the adjuster will probably look at your car.
well i had this situation with my 05 c6 vette.
i got a t-boned.
it only damaged my door and rear quarter panel. insurance cut me a check for 10k for parts and labor.
i knew the body shop owner and i ended up ordering the whole z06 widebody kit for 10k and just paid 1k for paint and labor.

Stock OEM bumper around $400 unpainted. Nismo V2 around $1200 unpainted. GL with getting an extra $800 from the other persons insurance. If you really want to upgrade, put some of your own money into it and skip the "if you know what I mean" part. Insurance costs are high enough for all of us without putting that into the mix.
