im trying to save a couple of bucks by doing the predrilling myself and just have the body shop paint my bumper and ill just put it on myself. so my question is, does anyone know is i drill before or after paint? also how can i keep the bottom part secure when installed?

Drill before, if you do it after you run the risk of damaging the fresh paint... also, why not put it on yourself? Just have them paint it and do the rest yourself

well i planned on doing it myself from the beginning, but then i realized that the little indents that gruppe-s puts in the bumper doesnt exactly match up with the acutal holes. so i was starting to get lazy about it. but ima just do it one of these days i have time.
Make sure you do a good test-fit first. I bought one last year and it didn't seem to fit at all around the headlights. Seemed like it was going to take some fit-up effort from the shop. For cost reasons I sold it and went OEM+front lip instead.
