Weatherstrip removal question

Default Weatherstrip removal question

So Im going to be one painting this weekend and I was looking at the roof of my z and I noticed that there is some rubber strips running just above the windshield and also above where the doors are, my question is there anyway o remove this temporarily and then put back after Im done?

I believe you need to pull the a pillars to get to the one's between them and the roof. I'm not aware of an easy way to remove the one above the windshield but then again, I've never tried.

Hey thanks for responding so quickly, yeah I think Im just gonna try and pull em, I figure worst case scenario I have to apply a light bead of weatherstrip adhesive
