Default Headlights for my 04 (factory HID's)

my current headlights are past their prime and been beat up by the south Florida sun for to long, I'm looking into a replacement lights i found a couple of sets i like on eBay, my only concern is that they are not compatible with the factory HID lights on the car, what do they mean by this? do i just have to buy new Bulbs? or is it a problem with the car's ballast? or the plug and wiring int the car?

Thanks in advance for you help,
AV

Meaning they are set up to run the base halogen lights when you buy them. In order to run HID's you would need an aftermarket it because the stock one does not fit.

In other words... do not buy those. Save yourself some flames and jokes and stick with a stock headlight. Buy another set of 03-05 from the classifieds or upgrade to the 06-08.

What they mean by that is that its not a plug and play application. Those are not HID's so you would be downgrading. I just upgraded to a set of 08 headlights, and will be posting my 05 HID headlights for sale. Let me know if you are interested.
