Default Retrofitted 05 Z

Hey guys, I'm very new to the community but I just picked up a used 05 pearl white Z. As everyone knows, it has those fake projectors. Im going to do a retro fit with a morimoto kit from the retrofit source site however, I was wondering if anyone has messed around with different kelvins on the hid setups and found one that matches white LED lights the closest. I have heard 5k and others say 6k. I just want it all to match and look very clean. Anyone have suggestions? Oh and I know that 4300 is the most light output, but I like 5k and 6k personally.

What kind of white LEDs? Warm or cool white?

Cool white is somewhere around 6-8k. Different brands and stuff...
Warm white would match 4300k.

I haven't really seen many clean retrofits on the 03-05, probably more efficient to just buy aftermarket oe 06+. Do a search and you'll see what I mean, very few have done retros.
