Yes or no to installing LED reflectors?
Still worth getting them custom made IMO.
Check out ZLEDS on facebook/youtube. This guy does some seriously nice work not only with LED reflectors, but also does some really solid work on headlights as well.

the ones the OP posted are the same ones i have in AMber.. they match the LED strip on my headlight perfectly.. i wired them as turn signals.. they all ( sorry) look hporrible when they stay lit. THAT is what makes them rice. It creates a line that is unappealing in a sports car.. a vertical bar down low? nah.. wasnt my cup of tea.
Turn signal and ur good to go.

I used to have some I made myself until I hit a deer last year and messed one of them up. I used my oem amber reflectors and a set of white led strips I bought at advance auto. Came out awesome and I had a lot of compliments on them. I was told by many people it looked like it came factory because it lit up amber/orange. I think I had 12-15 led's per strip and the strip contoured to the slight curve of the oem reflector instead of just a straight line of led's.
I kinda miss them now
