Question Evo-R Blitzz - Where to buy?

Reading through countless amounts of threads regarding experiences from the evo-r site...looks like i'll stay clear from ordering straight from them.

So where else to buy then? I could order it from the zstore but i'm really trying to find this painted and ready to go when it arrives at my door.

I keep hearing you can get it from ebay via hyper_rev_motors site...but i'm not even seeing spoilers amongst their items?

Pretty much set on this spoiler, would be nice though if i could find a legit site to buy from painted...suggestions?

A bit confusing,but here goes...
The Blitz spoiler is sold by EVO-R's e-bay site,hyper_rev_motors.
The Z Store sells the same spoiler made by Evo-R.However,they
do not offer it painted. On the EVO-R website, the spoiler is called the
Type III.Just because its not listed with hyper_rev on e-bay does
not mean its not available. The old listing # was:370630390300.There are restrictions on how many items a
vendor can list on e-bay.I ordered mine on the hyper_rev e-bay site.
To do this, click "contact member".Message what you are looking for.
They should get back to you in a day or so.Have yourcolor code ready. You may want to look up the old listing and send the message
from the item.
I think it cost an extra 100 bucks to get it painted.Mine came out
a perfect match. The overall quality was excellent. It attaches with 3-M
tape.I used extra tape plus 3-M adhesion promoter.I received the spoiler
exactly when promised.

The clearcoat came out somewhat chitty on mine, you can see some orange peel around the edges and where they tried to polish it out. If you're **** like me about paint, take it elsewhere.

THANK YOU ...exactly the info i was looking for. I just now messaged them, so hopefully i hear back soon and that they still carry & can paint it. Been frustrated as hell the past few days trying to figure out where to buy this online...

Do you happen to have pics you could post? All the post's i've read through nobody really seemed to mention paint quality issues.

I agree,EVO-R is terrible on any communication. However, when a vendor is on e-bay,they must adhere to the rules or cannot continue to sell on the site.
Also, they get bad reviews, they are out of there. The spoiler will come from Taiwan .The paint done there too.Possible that some colors may not match as good.Mine is Silverstone. The color match was spot on.Clearcoat..wish my car was that good!

I had a V1 spoiler from Evo on my car for over three years. The color match was perfect but there was minor orange peel on the support. Fast forward three years and most of the clear coat on the carbon fiber portion was yellowed and seriously peeling.

This is before it got really bad...

Damn that sucks. Honestly haven't had any CF parts on any of my rides...but i'm assuming thats from weathering/age/quality? My Z is garaged all week so hopefully that's not the case in the far future once i have this installed. Didn't really read about anyone with this spoiler and the CF bottom half having any issues tho..

I'm very detail oriented, most people are not as **** as I am when it comes to quality. You can only see it in certain angles, had to take several shots to get it right. It's only on the edges, the top and for the most part is smooth.

If anyone has seen my veh pics, you'l note I have a bunch of CF stuff.
I've never had a problem with any peeling discoloring.I do maintain all my
CF with regular waxing. The only problem I've had with a piece was some
Nismo rear add ons from AIT.When I got them the finish was poor.So was the fit.
After being on my car for less than a year,I pulled e'm off and re clearcoated them.
I've found its the old,you get what you pay for most times.Even though,I've
got some Chargespeed and Varis pieces that are less than perfect. My Mines lip
is flawless.Still looks new after 3 years.
Go figure.

I think you made a great move. I heard that the paint quality was poor when they did it, as most people here have said so. I ordered mine from the Z store as well and it came much faster than they said it would. Then again I have a great body shop so my spoiler came out perfect. If you don't know anybody ask here on the forums the people that live near you where they went. Good luck and post pictures when it's on!
