Directional Bulb Issue
My right, front turn signal is out, which is causing the right directional to blink fast. I've replaced the bulb (which still does not light up), so a bad bulb is not the cause. Is this possibly a bad relay, switch, or a short somewhere in the wiring?
My inclination is a short, because my fender liner ripped out after I hit some tire treads on the highway a few weeks ago, and a good amount of water has splashed up into the back of the headlight area since then.

Only way to test for a bad wire would be with a multimeter. Turn your hazard lights on and see if you get any voltage when the other lights come on. That will tell you if you have a wiring problem. After that, you would need to trace the wires to find where the open circuit is coming from.
