paint info
hey guy's/gal's i have an 08 Z, i had to rebuild it due to the previous owner, witch is now at 110%.
problem is the previous owner had a 2006 hood witched scratched up the cover plastic's for the engine and what now. i now have the proper 2008 hood but iam still left with the ugly scratches on the black and silver part's under the hood.
My Question to you is. What kind of paint would you recommend to put on those pieace's.
i will post pic's in about an hour or two.

It sounds as though you are talking about your engine cover,eh?
On your car the cover is two tone black&silver. If you want it to be OEM,
just find some spray touch up that will match. You could use Duplicolor
Trim black for the black areas.Or,buy a new or used OEM unit. There is also
a neat two tone carbon fiber cover that would replace your scratched one.
They cost about 160 bucks USD.

"match everything" color would be black. You may want to keep the silver accents,or depending on your car's color, use red.If you want a Ferrari look,
do the entire cover in red wrinkle. If you do choose a wrinkle paint, follow the directions or you will not get pro results.Get the coats right and have a heat source available to help the wrinkle process.
