Look for the ones made of cardboard and aluminum foil, damn near indestructible. I'll send you a link.

Just strip the car to the bare frame and electronics and make sure your bottles of NOS are right behind your head.

There are advantages/disadvantages to each type of material - but none of that speaks to the fitment and/or quality. What style kit are you interested in, what type of driving are you looking to do, what is your budget, and how much do you care about quality versus cost?

i have never dealt with aftermarket body kits so you should probably answer sparklecityhop's questions but the fairings i use to buy for bikes were abs plastic. pretty sturdy, i low sided my bike a couple times and they didn't crack or shatter, just some road rash.

duraflex like or oem. its a flexible black plastic/poly urethane nice and flexible. i had a dent in mine and used a hair dryer to pop it out. no fiberglass its usually cheap and cracks unless its pretty thick.

Agreed, there are pros and cons for everything.

Probably the cheapest and most widely available is FRP.
However Frp is really brittle and will likely crack quite easily depending on the manufacturer.

Urethane on the other hand is much more flexible and many can bend and twist without cracking. Mind you this doesn't mean that the paint won't crack.
I think Urethane is a bit more expensive and is known to sag over time.

I don't think I have had the luck of seeing any aftermarket kits made in plastic so I can't comment on that. But keep in mind that oem is plastic. Just something to consider.

I have used both FRP and Urethane. Urathane's sag gets annoying as gaps appear. And I have yet to crack my FRP so I can't comment on that sorry.

for me though:

Going low? Urethane
Bad driver and will likely bump stuff? urethane

Cheap? FRP

i see that intensepower.com sell the DO LUCK body kit replica rreally cheap but is all made of FRP thats why im afraid of buying it . but ive heard that the real DO LUCK body kit that cost like 3k is made of FRP to .rear bumper and fenders i think will have no problem if they are made of FRP cus they never get hit but the front bumper kill CRACK easy in any speed bump

Yep, that is the very reason many opt for Urethane.

Keep in mind, my description of FRP and Urethane are very subjective to the manufacturer. Many vary in quality and I have heard that authentic kits are better at taking abuse because of the higher quality of FRP. This is for most authentic kits, can't really say for sure about Do luck.

Btw the fender and rear bumper thing is a good observation. That is precisely my train of thought when I bought my kit. I have a urethane front, and FRP side (couldn't find it in urethane), and FRP rear.

Based on my kit, another thing to add is that the fitment with FRP is far superior to Urethane. but that just might be the brand I used for it.

Hope this helps,
Shyun

frp is a bit flexible. it stands for fiber reinforced PLASTIC it is better than most fiberglass alone. and frp will vary in flexibility from different makers and different mix of materials.
edit;my bad i guess its polymer what ever that is.

Personally I would try to go with Poly whenever possible

This is a good explanation of the different materials:
