since your going with the whole dual spoilers look, find the biggest cheapest wing you can find, and buy 2 of them.

Agreed. If I were you, I'd get new rims first then either a body kit or a lip kit or just a front lip and then a spoiler.

I had never seen the Blitzz one, Ill most likely go with that or the factory one.
