I just got a titek air duct but the rivets that were included doesn't fit the holes on the duct. The shorter, thicker side with the ball like thing on the end I'm assuming is suppose to go through the hole right (that didn't sound right...)? Never used a rivet gun before but I believe that's correct. It looks like they're 3/16th in diameter.

Has anyone had any issues with this? Should I buy a smaller diameter say, 1/8th or drill out the hole more for the 3/16th?

 

Just use screws

 

If I were you, I'd just drill the holes out so the provided hardware will fit.
